Although the peace and quiet that Shugoryuu no Kuni was known for would ordinarily be anathema to the young earthbender, Lilibeth had prioritized visiting the ancient, spiritual city, known for its knowledge of the past, over the more bustling trading cities of the world, or even the gleaming splendour of Gihwe Sudo itself (although she was confident in her abilities, she wasn't suicidal enough to consider a trip to the capital of Bender persecution).
On her way into the temple-filled city, backpack slung over her shoulder, sore feet unshod and covered in the dirt of the trails she had spent the past few days walking, Lilibeth certainly couldn't find any reason to believe her decision had been the wrong one. The city was beautiful, certainly, but there was some subtle charm about its culture and peaceful inhabitants that brought a rare, calm little smile to Lili's features, as she gazed here and there, wandering deeper into the peaceful city, settling in easily among the throngs of travellers similarly visiting the spiritual city.
Still, much as she liked to explore and have fun, priority one was finding a safe place to spend the night before she could get to the sightseeing, and so, armed with a hefty bag of gold-coins, the young noble-born earthbender began searching for the closest thing resembling an Inn or Hotel, that she could find among the city's many simple shops and beautiful, elegant temples.
